1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at oceaniswimwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help. Please initiate an exchange request by emailing oceaniswimwear@gmail.com

Note: Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable.


2. Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation.
  • Shipping Rates: We offer several shipping options at checkout, including free shipping on orders over 100 USD.
